Delivery

We aim to deliver your products within the delivery or pickup window you selected when placing your order, but do not guarantee that goods will be delivered or available for pickup on or by a certain date. We, White’s Foodliner, will not be liable for delivering the goods outside of the requested delivery or pickup slot or failing to deliver or make available for pickup all or any of the goods in your order.

We can only deliver to an address stored in your address book in your account on the e-commerce site.

Delivery of Products purchased from White’s Foodliner to addresses outside the United States is not allowed.  We do not deliver alcohol-based items.


1. Is there a minimum online order for delivery?
A. Yes, at this time there is a minimum order amount of $35.

2. Does my store offer delivery?
A. We deliver within 7 miles radius from our store.

3. How much does delivery cost?
A. The base delivery charge is $5.50 for deliveries within two miles of the store location. Each mile beyond the first two is an additional $1 charge per mile, up to 6 miles.

4. Do I need to present to receive the delivery?
A. Customer or authorized person (18 years or older) must be present to receive the order at the delivery address. 


Payment

We accept all major four credit cards (Visa, Master Discover, and Amex).

1. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. Credit and Debit Cards Only. The correct Card Holder Name, billing address, and Zip Code registered with the credit or debit card is required.

2: When will my credit card be charged?
A: We pre-authorize or place a “provisional hold” on your card when you checkout online at our website. We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $10 or 15% in addition to the item total. This additional amount will cover things like bottle deposits, final sales tax, substituted items, and any weighted items like meat and produce, whose value is not known until the order is selected. As soon as your order is picked and packed, we charge your card for exactly what was in the final order. For our online orders, the final charge typically varies from your estimated total due to variable weight items, in-store promotions, and substitutions or out-of-stock items.
